Tracey Warzel brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the supply chain industry, with over two decades focused specifically on third-party logistics (3PL) and distribution operations. In her role as a General Manager of 3PL operations, she led end-to-end distribution functions — including order processing, system integration, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping — giving her a comprehensive view of the operational challenges software is designed to solve.
Most recently, as a Customer Compliance Manager for a global manufacturer, Tracey gained deep insight into the varying compliance needs and process requirements of major retailers and B2B partners. This experience has sharpened her ability to align operational workflows with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and system capabilities.
Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Georgia College & State University. Her unique combination of logistics leadership and educational training allows her to bridge the gap between complex distribution processes and user-friendly software solutions, making her a valuable resource for both internal teams and end users.
