Service Time Register (SRR320)

The Service Time register is run to post the time entered against each service ticket.

Report information includes the following: order number, order type and status, requested date, warehouse code, customer number and name, item number and description, and the amount committed and its corresponding unit of measure.

Use the following fields to run the service time register:

1. Order

Select the print order by Technician number, or Document number. Enter (CR) defaults to Technician.

2. Beginning

Select the beginning order choice to update. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.

3. Ending

Select the ending order choice to update. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.

4. Cutoff

Enter the cutoff date for the service time entered. Enter (CR) defaults to system date.
