Josh is eager to expand on his four years of experience at Sequoia Group, Inc. as a primarily on-site support technician. He offers hardware and networking support and needs assessment on-site. Josh has experience with hardware installation from cabling to servers and PCs. He also offers network troubleshooting and needs assessments through speed diagnoses, connection testing, new or existing user configuration, display configuration, and printer support. Josh can also eradicate malware and facilitate drop off/pick-up of hardware.
