Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST. However, if you need assistance after hours, our voice mail will prompt you "For FACTS technical support…" Follow the prompts and leave a message including your phone number in our support mailbox. Our system will immediately page the support technician on call. Typically, our technicians will return your phone call within an hour.
