Sequoia Group, Inc. has created a unique system (among FACTS Affiliates) which we believe saves our customers time and money, and ensures Sequoia Group can give quality, timely support.

We start with the current version of FACTS, add in all our customer modifications and install this system at customer sites. With this system, we have the ability to turn on "flags" for each customer, activating only the custom enhancements each customer has requested and paid for. All other modifications are left "off", and have no affect on standard FACTS operations.

With over 1500 custom modifications already built into our FACTS system, we can offer any of these customizations to other customers at a reasonable price, and be assured that these modifications will not conflict with others built into the system. A tremendous benefit comes from having all customers working on the same system, especially when technical support or programming changes are needed. Our goal is to never have the same issue reported by two different customers. If an issue comes up and a change needs to be made, we can quickly incorporate it into FACTS and update all customers instantly with the solution. Having a consistent product at all customer sites enables us to provide technical support on a more timely and efficient basis, saving our customers time, money and inconvenience.
