Deleting a customer item number

1. From the ROE main menu, click Customer Item F/M.
   
2. Specify the customer’s item number.
   
3. Click Delete.
   

The system prompts "Are you sure you want to delete this record (N/YES)? Answer YES. The system will remove the record.
