Use the Viewer to review report information on your terminal or screen. Viewers help you control paper by allowing you to preview a document before you print it.
Starting the viewer. Make sure you select viewer in Print Options>Properties or the template selected prints to the viewer. Run the report and click OK when the program displays a dialogue box that says End of Report.
Once you click OK, the viewer automatically opens.
Exiting the viewer. Select File>Exit from the menu bar.

To reduce magnification, keep clicking the minus button or select View>Zoom Out. You can also enter any Zoom percentage from 1 to 400%.
