Entering lost sales
        You can enter lost sales from many locations is FACTS either by right-clicking to display the Lost Sale Entry option or selecting Options> Lost Sale Entry from a FACTS program menu. You can also access Lost Sale Entry (SOC320) from Lost Sale F/M (SOF930).
        
            - Access Lost Sale Entry (SOC320). 
 
            - The date, customer, ship to, salesperson/territory, warehouse, item, initiating warehouse, quantity, pricing and cost information display from the calling program. You can modify this information as needed for the lost sale entry.
 
            - You can also modify, as needed, the Lost Sale Reason code  and indicate whether or not to update usage for this lost sale using the Update Usage check box.
 
            - (Optional) In the Notes field, specify any notes for the lost sale entry.
 
            - Click Save.
 
            - (Optional) Click Reset Filter to clear the list box of any values and reset the header field values on the screen to enter more lost sales information. 
 
            - Click Done to exit the program.
