Adding employee dependents
        
            - Click Payroll>End of Period>End of Year Processing>ACA 1094/5 Management (PRE109).
 
            - Click Options>Enter Dependents. 
 
            - The Employee Dependents (PRE109.D) screen is displayed.
 
            - Specify an employee code.
 
            - Click Add and specify the dependent’s name, social security number and date of birth.
 
            - (Optional) Repeat step 3 for each dependent for this employee.
 
            - Click Done.
 
            - (Optional) Repeat step 1-4 to enter dependents for each employee.
 
            - Click Done to return to ACA 1094/5 Management.
