Responding to user alerts

1. Click System Managements> Mantenances> Alert Control Center.
2. All alerts for the user are displayed.
3. You can further limit the browser display by specifying an alert code in the dropdown list.
4. In the browser, highlight the alert to which you want to respond.
5. For actionable alerts, select Respond to Exception to access the entry program for the alert to manage the alert.
6. Once you have entered the alert response information, select the Ok button to exit the screen and return to the Alert Control Center.
7. (Optional) You can also highlight an alert and select the Manage Subscriptions to access the Manage Alert Subscriptions screen where you can add a subscription for an alert type.
8. You can repeat this process to respond to more alerts or press Done to exit the program.
